I'm interested in studying metabolic pathways, and have previously investigated if the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein plays a role in metabolic reprogramming. Currently researching if Streptococcus pneumoniae capsular polysaccharides (CPS) flippases can be mutated so as to transport the lipid-linked CPS precursors of other serotypes.
